at any point from opposite Hardys and head south you would come to one after another. Two on corners of roads that end on the beach are both good. One is the Stiff Chilli and the other has a name I am struggling to remember, maybe something like Komalfo, ah not to worry somebody else is sure to know.

You will come to a group of 3 further south with Bobbies and 2 others one of which used to be Donalds but has changed name. Delightful spot to sit under shady trees for a meal or a drink.

Enough of that sitting under trees drinking, up you get and head further south until you pass the Mercure Hotel and you will come to another group. Have eaten at all of these and not had a bad meal yet. The first one is a real warung style place called Lia's, run as you might expect by Ibu Lia helped by her daughter Lia. Dad does the cooking and his absolute signature dish is seafood kebabs. Seriously good seafood kebabs. Also as I rarely eat chips when I do I want good ones and these are just the best. Small serve of chips only, which is good for sneaky should not be eating chips people like me but if you like your chips order an extra portion.

For seafood you really can't beat picking your fish from the ice at Kesuma where you get a seafood deal the same as you would find at Jimbaran Bay but half the price and not cremated.

Wander a little further on and you may find Ibu Komang selling roasted corn on the cob, yum!. Also Yum are the little sausages on sticks and the Bakso from the local vendors.

Great eating in Sanur is so easy and so comfortable even on a hot night along the beach path. Where will you be staying?
