AA Name around the wrong way

Our friends have just checked their tickets with AA (leaving for Bali on monday am) and discovered one of the names is back to front. Surname first and christian name second. All other members in their party have correct names (christian name first and surname second), just the one that is different. Is this a big deal? Should she try and phone AA and get it changed or will it not be a problem when checking in?
