are included in the ticket price and when they first started offering "straight through" fares (through K/L and not really that long ago)it was advertised as saving a couple of dollars over the cost of booking 2 seperate fares, whether that is still shown on their website I dont know as I choose to do immigration for the benefit of going tothe food court as there is very little indeed in the departure lounge.
The paperless system sounds good but wasn't there when I last went through in september.
