We are returning to Bali after a couple of years, the last time we waited for about 90 minutes to proceed through immigration. Back then, you purchased the $25 visa at the desks to your left as you entered the hall, and then waited in line for the process at the immigration desk, then on to claim luggage, then xray and then customs. Two of our party are Bali virgins and they are arriving hours earlier than me, and not being seasoned travellers, need to explain how it all works. I am getting transport organised for them, but I gather the exit process has changed too? Is the transport booth for taxis still to the right as you exit?
