about my 12th long term stay. Used an agent for the first 2 or 3 times but at 675000rp each renewal it gets a bit expensive. You also still have to go to imigrasi for photo's & fingerprints on the 1st & 4th renewal. Imigrasi has many more photo's of me than my family. They start a new file for each renewal. Complete chaos.
