Melati Beach Apartments (not Melasti)

Has anyone stayed at the Melati Beach apts recently? We have 3 families (14 ppl) wanting to travel to Bali mid next year and are considering the Melati Apts. Have checked them out online and they look great, but one can never tell ;)

I wonder how big the complex actually is. I hate the thought of having a rowdy group of ppl staying there when we're there and not being able to escape the noise.
