Go back to the page, have a look around and submit a username and password, then you can go into manage my bookings.
We have just booked 5 hotels through out Vietnam for 8 people,, needed to change dates on 1 hotel because I got my airports mixed up :-)had the change reconfirmed instantly with new voucher. Also booked 3 nights in Cambodia "Golden Temple Hotel" have a google and 2 nights in Kl, all confirmed with vouchers within an hour or so of bookings.
It really is easy, if I can do it anyone can :-)
