no reply back from Agoda after payment

Booked a room this morning, but no confirmation or voucher for hotel in my email. Have rang the number in singapore but i dont have an id or booking number yet so cant get thru to operator, and the number for Singapore doesnt go thru. Can anyone tell me how long Agoda takes to get back to you with confirmations, do they not work on weekends? Any info would be great, just abit concerned whats going on. Thanks
