The "legian loop' hasn't been a cheap area for years now and to expect to get what the site claimed for less than a room at many hotels in the area should have rung alarm bells.
The owner certainly talked it up and it's totally unclear that the pool is on another property but if you look at the photos carefully it's furnished in a pretty sparse and tacky way. You don't mention the bathroom but that looks as if it's had a full renovation and looks better than most hotel bathrooms in the area.
It's good that you posted on Tripadviser to warn others but you really got all you could expect for the money you paid
