Virgin baggage

We have travelled to Bali twice on Virgin (Pacific Blue). Our fare included a 23kg luggage allowance. When I booked to go in August this year, I found the allowance had ben dropped - you can opre-purchase a 23kg allowance for $30 at time of booking. I think it is double that if you pay at check-in. Their web-site explains it all.
