booking from oz or not?

just got great deal for my daughters and i for flights...... in september , i want to book directly with Puri Raja.... they do not have a secure site to pay as they have advised me... they require 1 nights accommodation to secure 9 nights...$120 us a night, is it better to go through a travel agent? or direct.....dont want to turn up with no room?
