As mentioned, there are a lot of places to access wi fi with in Bali, some hotels will offer access codes and you may pay for these. There are a lot of security risks by accessing wi fi from unknown sources in the street so make sure that you don't have passwords, bank details or other sensitive info on your device as it's easy to piggyback by hackers. Same goes for any country really.
