My mother aged 79 and I did the cooking class and it was great. We opted for the little as possible option (didnt want to go to the markets to buy the foods required) but still enjoyed it. I am sure a young girl would have a blast doing it. I havent as yet made any of it at home but we both talk about it a lot. Taking friends over next year and they will be doing the class as well. My fav was making the spring rolls.
