I did the Casa Luna class with Janet de Neefe a few years back and didn't rate it. The market tour was interesting, but the class was just a demonstration. I didn't get to touch a single thing until it was time to eat the spoils. Plus they packed way too many people in and you couldn't see any of the demonstration anyway. Hot, stuffy and boring, basically. Didn't learn a thing, but the food was tasty.
Did the Anika cooking class this past August and found it to be fantastic. Unfortunately, it's in Kuta and not Ubud, so doesn't help out with this request.
