We did this class a few years ago with our 2 teenage children- we did the class where you 1st visit the Ubud market and found it to be really interesting. We had Janet take the class and she went thru the market teaching us about the various ingredients and substitute ingredients that could be used.We then went back to the Guest house and did the cooking. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and still regularly cook some of the recipes .( You get a small recipe leaflet to take home)
We are back in Bali in a few weeks and this time we are trying the Bamboo shoots cooking class in Sanur-both our children were again keen to do the course.
