Your visa on arrival will be processed in flight and you will not queue with passengers arriving from other flights for VOA.
You will exit through same Immigration lines as Indonesian residents.
Sure, there will still be all passengers from your aircraft needing to clear immigration but wait shouldn't warrant the expense of any additional services.
