Basically you pay the VOA fee on check-in and Immigration Officers on board process your VOA.
On arrival into Denpasar you would follow same procedures as those with 60 Day VOA (issued in Australia), Social or Business Visa and proceed to the same area which processes Domestic and Consular - so no need to queue to purchase VOA and then go to second counter for processing.
