There is a little stall outside the DVD shop ground floor (not basement) in discovery mall. He set a card up for me and I had the internet added at the same time.
I also had another card which had expired only days before and he said they could not re-charge it so I got the new one, Other shops told me the same thing. Cannot renew an expired card BUT over the street from Ramayama shop in Denpasar is the main simpati shop. They charged up the expired card for me easy so if you have problems go to the main store.
