Golden rule from the lawyers (and not notaris who are basically conveyancers) never put in the name of a partner no matter how long you have known them...also get a nominee contract written up so it is very clear how much percentage is payable for signature upon sale in the future...The 5% they banter around is a myth that they just made up as we found out...
Not sure where you are thinking of getting finance...not in Bali as the interest rates are really high and the terms of the loan are short.
