a pondok wisata licence if you don't have one which will enable you to be allowed to rent out your property which is classed as a business! Our friends have recently had to get this licence as many villas around Seminyak area have been shut down for not having the correct paperwork. Then the licence needs to go in the name of the nominee and be displayed in the premises so the guys from the office can come and check! Process took over 6 months and around $5,000. Then, all the guests need to be registered each time someone comes to stay and also very important pay your banjar fees to avoid any problems from the locals!
