Hi Ray, we always book directly with the property via their website email, they have never required a deposit prior to arriving and each time all has been good, no problems. I email them a week or so prior to arriving and then a few days before just confirming times of pickup from airport. They get back to you fairly quickly. When I first did this I was a little worried the room wouldnt be there and no one would meet us at the airport but as I said we have never had a problem. Hope that helps.
