If you google images of Sanur Beach you will see in some of the pictures the rock wall structures that FamoFour is refering to. I am not sure how you would actually book or reserve one of those though or if you can just rock up and use it?
Some of the hotels have nice set ups on the beach front that may cater for such an event, depends how many guests you have. As an example the Gryia has a nice little cabana on the beach with billowing white material and lounges and is a nice little spot. But there are many others.
Maybe others can suggest names of hotels that might be worth contacting.
