There are several man made structures(not sure what they are called) like rock walls with pathways that curve out above the water. That could be one avenue for part of yr ceremony, otherwise some of the hotels have almost private beaches that would be nice. I suspect that some of these hotels might like to have a few extra request for drinks on the beach afterwards if that was part of your plan, but id ring or visit them first to check.
