leaving late?

Left 3 hrs in between arriving at Darwin(BY jETSTAR) and leaving Darwin to Bali(by Air Asia.) If the Jetstar aircraft is severly late, does my travel insurance by credit card (covered by Zurich)does that kick in, as really 3 hours should be suffient even covering the 1 hr before boarding?
Is there anyone with REAL facts out there that could help me with the insurance question.
