Hi, can I ask a question, I bought a simpati sim card, and have put credit on it, but it will not allow calls.. says "service not allowed".. can you please advise.. I bought from this shop, the bloke ripped me as it was.. don't want to go back but will if I have to. it didn't have to activate thing come up, and when I sent sms to the number on the package, nothing came back..thanks in advance
