Flores and then head back overland to Labuan Bajo. This should take about 4 days. It is a beautiful place to see.
From Labuan Bajo it is possible to go to Rinca island to see the Komodo dragons.
You could arrange to hook up for a boat trip around the top of Sumbawa and disembark on the east side of Lombok.
You also have the option of sailing across to Sumbawa and then travelling overland east to west.
If you are going to be here for 3 months, a flight up to Sulawesi and a visit to Tanah Toraja is also well worth doing.
