Couple of hours fishing

I'm heading solo to bali next week, while im on the trip trip I'd like to go fishing out on a boat for a couple of hours... As I don't have much cash I can't afford to go on one of those full day charters on the big boats, I was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions? I don't mind going out with people I don't know, the more the merrier haha.
