in contact with Strategic over a few things that were not too clear........we bought tickets back in Jan for our Family Xmas!! Yes we were excited about Full Service and "Direct" flights!!! The Girls at Strategic have all been very helpful and the last query we had was about the boards...."Margaret" has reissued our tickets with surfboards to and from Bali all on the new ticket....... She did say if any others in our party had boogie boards/boards or any other sporting equipment to contact Strategic and have these itemed added to their itinerary.........
We are all still excited and lookingforward to our trip........The only gripe I have read so far is the heat on the plane in Darwin for 45mins....on the tarmac..... :) Deb
