Why not ask her to join your religion?
After all, according to Indonesian customs, the woman follows the man. (At least in most parts of Indonesia.)
Anyhow, a lot of men marrying Islamic Indonesian women can either convert to Islam without actually being circumcised, or find an Imam who "assumes" that you are Muslim and issues a "Buku Nikah". This Buku Nikah can then easily be converted into a legal (secular) marriage certificate at the "catatan sipil".
Alternatively you can get married in your country and then make the Indonesian / Muslim ceremony subsequently to keep the in-laws happy.
