Cruise to Bali.

Has anyone done the cruise to Bali ?

I'm trying to find out how long it takes to get through customs and immigration after a 6am arrival.

The reason being that herself and I want to get up to the Orphanage at Amlapura on Christmas Eve.

Is there plenty of transport available at the berthing point ?
