There are deals on e-bay for a week for around $50. Timeshare places & you'd be expected to sit through a 90 min presentation - easy to just say no & for $50 for a week you might choose to stay for only a few days before heading off to Lombok. Bali ShangriLa Beach Club is nice.
DO fly to Lombok - the ferry is horrid & in Feb there might be delays because of rain/storms. Everything about the ferry trip is horrid (esp the loos).
