We used the Ebay purchased vouchers to Bali Shangrila in Candi Dasa in 2010. Got a one week deal for $99 with a second voucher included for free. So we got two rooms for a week each for a total cost of $99 and no issues with getting the dates we wanted. Breakfast was also included daily.
We only ended up staying 3 nights as we were pretty much bored with the place by that time - too quiet for us. And there was no issue with checking out early, and never any mention the whole time we were there about having to sit through any time share talk.
