Some recent comments on this forum suggested not to book with Agoda because of poor customer support. Personal circumstances have caused us to cancel a booking next week at the Oasis Lagoon Sanur through Agoda. The booking was listed as non-refundable but Agoda organised a full refund for us in a few days. Fantastic service and I will use no one else in the future
