The report in the Uk news was based on fish spa's in the uk, where they are operated under much stricter conditions than I imagine they are in bali.
There are much fewer fish in the tanks over here, and everyone has to use anti bac spray before dipping their feet.
I dread to think what they would find in some of the fish spa's in Asia, which seem pretty much unregulated.
