I know people think booking direct is cheaper, and sometimes it is, but when you book with an agent you've always got someone to ring.
You do pay for the service but often the fee they charge you is the same as the fee they still charge you to book online but at least you have peace of mind.
However, no matter who you book with, if you go low cost, that's what you get.
