I use Air Asia alot and have been a member for a few yeas as it always makes booking easier. They accidently charged me twice recently and I tried lots of things to no avail then I asked for advice from the forum and it worked...ring the 1300 number and press 1straight away then press 2 ...it will put you straight through to a person. Hope this helps I know it can be frustrating but AA has saved me a lot of money over the years!
