We have stayed twice, enjoyed each visit, but was also unsure whether i got the deluxe room i paid for as i thought the deluxe rooms were around the pool and we were out the back.
I also found office staff a little intimidating, however when i used safety deposit boxes they always left me alone. Restaurant staff are lovely especially Ana. She remembers your name each morning.
Location was excellent. Have not been since the main pool was upgraded, but hope to stay there again. Although we have 2 little kids now so prefer apartment rooms.
