Kuta beach club is nice and central to everything and walking distance to art markets and beach.The front desk staff are not very friendly and very unaccomodating.We paid for a deluxe superior room but was only given a standard room.Some rooms smelt mouldy and musty as soon as you walked into them.Some bathrooms were very mouldy.Some people were very noisy at night and when we complained nothing was done.We also had brand name clothing and other precious items stolen from our rooms.Once again management did not investigate.Other parties had the same thing happening.Once again nothing was done.
We would not recommend this hotel to anyone and we certainly will never go back
