the only part that mentions Bali is a quote from NSW Health Minister Jillian Skinner who said 'it happened in a popular part of bali', and who obviously needs to get a map and a geography lesson.
That being said, Happy Cafe in Senggigi is a very popular cafe, it is pretty much THE hang out for expats and arguably the most popular bar in Senggigi for expats and tourists, with live music every night. I was really surprised to read that this happened there as it is something more likely to happen on the Gilis or in less well known bars.
So HEADS UP to anyone holidaying in Senggigi!
