not sure what room we had but it was a 2 bedroom and it was really roomy. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom in between the rooms. The living area is really big with full sized fridge in the kitchen, granite benchtop, dining table and tv and lounge. You dont say how old the kids are but I think it would be fine. I shared with my daughter and her girlfriend who were both 18.We did have a small balcony with table and chairs out the front and were upstairs from the pool.
