Beach Melati Apt104

Has anyone stayed here? We were in the process of booking it for us (2 adults and 2 kids) and have been told that it might be too small for us. Can anyone shed light on it? I ready reviews on Trip Advisor and have seen some photos. Also was advised that there is no terrace/balcony out the front but all the others have them?

Any thoughts appreciated :)
