each way here if they are both refusing any refund AND cancelling the booking.
This seems to be a most unreasonable approach.
Perhaps it's a sign of the times and an indication of the levels of bookings out there that allow this sort of behaviour.
I can certainly understand that a villa or hotel will be badly put out by a late cancellation such as this, and must expect to be compensated....but where is the justification for the cancellation??
Be firm and persistant with the insurance company.....and be firm and persistant in not booking with Putu Villas or any of their associates in the future.
