I would have thought you'd be better off somewhere like Thailand that time of year, it is very hot and humid and WET in Bali in Feb/March. And quite often windy making it unpleasant at the beach. Bali has very few, if any, paradisiac beaches. Anywhere near the beach is also very expensive. You might try the north of Bali, up around Candi Dasa or Lovina. Perhaps Sanur. Perhaps Amed. I'm not sure how you will go renting a house to accommodate 6 adults and 4 children for a short period of time, you will probably need to look for holiday type villa rentals by the week.
