to TAs including online agencies. If a hotel says they are full, it doesn't mean that there are no rooms available it means that they have no rooms left under their own allotment. There could be rooms available that have been allocated to agencies. It is definitely not dodgy as some have suggested. The only tine you would run into trouble would be if you are using an agency that is dodgy and is selling rooms that they don't have.
