I take very little cash - use keycard

I take some IDR for first day, $25US for VOA and 2 keycards for the same account (just in case I lose one or it breaks) and just withdraw cash out using my visa debit card from the many ATM's. You get the same rate as on the street and don't risk losing all your cash.
