WE have flown 4 times..the first 2 we did not select seats and were all sat together..the last two we have paid for seats as we have gone with other familiues...
We were never intentionally split up and find it incredulous to suggest that it is in fact an airline policy.
I would suggest it is more incompetence and staff experience than an airline policy but believe whatever conspiracy you wish to preach upon us readers
