you cannot get HIV from tattooing, this has never been proved. hepatitis is a different story. do you not think if this was true it would have been all over the news in OZ, the media cannot wait to get stuck into Bali, my theory is it is a goverment conspiracy to keep us here back in OZ to spend our money here instead of getting better value and service over there.
