just outside Ubud is lovely (at the top end of your budget, around US$65 per night incl breakfast). Gorgeous grounds / gardens and rooms are immaculate & very tastefully decorated. Stayed for a couple of nights last October. Walking distance to Ubud (around 20 min stroll) or there is a shuttle service. Had a fantastic meal just down the road - Warung Mendez. Very quiet and tranquil, if you like that sort of thing :o)
