the Balinese/Indonesian way is to the detriment. The sloppiness and inefficiency that is often overlooked because of the smile and the warmth just doesn't cut it when you are waiting for your late to the table $100 meal or wiaitng for the toilet to be unblocked in your $350 a night hotel room.
