Driver for Surfboards/4 people

My regular driver is busy so I need to find a driver who has a larger van for 2 longboards/mals and 1 shortboard along with 4 people. We need airport pickup (we have our own straps) and will utilize 8-10 times during a 4wk stay, to Sanur, Ubud, Balian, Balangan, etc.

I don't want someone who is passing us off to his "brother/cousin/uncle" when he can't be there, had that last time and it just doesn't work well.

I've seen a lot of past comments on drivers but need someone familar with surfers and can take the big boards on top.
